My husband & I stayed in Alex room with a private pool and garden for 2 nights, we loved the location, friendly service và how instagrammable our room was. The Mansion is not just another hotel in town, it comes with it's own story closely related to lớn Ho An's past. Make sure lớn ask the receptionist khổng lồ tell you about the original owners of this house, we enjoyed finding traces of history scattered around the Mansion during our stay. & floating breakfast was the highlight of our stay!

This is the cutest boutique property in Hoi An! Just like the old town itself it boosts so much charm và character that we couldn't help lớn think were we somewhere in the mediterranean or actually in Vietnam. Each room shares its own quality story and we stayed in the Alex room, which had a nice little pool! The location is perfect just a xe đạp ride away from the old town, which has lớn be the best way to explore the town! Also loved the floating breakfast in the pool and the cool hat!

We stayed at the room with the private pool và had a floating breakfast. Everything was amazing! We loved how instagrammable the room & the khách sạn were. The breakfast was great & the staff were so friendly & helpful.

Travelling with a 2-year old kid & staff were very friendly lớn accommodate our needs. One of the staff even helped buying porridge for my kid from the restaurant. Every place in the Mansion creates a beautiful background for instagram-ers!
We stay 1 night.I very happy for stay there. Ms Duyen very friendly. I think I stay my trang chủ than hotel.Free bicyle, beautiful place. Can not say anything. I love The Mansion Hoi An. Thanks for everything.
Our room was small but we enjoyed it. Friendly staffs. It locates really close khổng lồ Hoi An ancient town, just 10mins walking. Be prepared, it also locates inside local residents, meaning they wake up earlier than the tourists.
Not sure where lớn start on this. We booked two rooms for our family trip & they were both pretty bad. Both rooms were really small and in quite bad condition despite they just opened for 4 months at the moment?! But what upset me most was an electrical error in my room, which led khổng lồ the water in bathroom sink and the shower lớn be exposed with electricity. Three members of my family had been electrocuted from it. I talked to lớn the manager about this và they brought a handyman in to lớn take care of it, yet it remain the same & I, again, got electrocuted. The manager gave us a floating basket in the pool to make up for this mistake. Just so we found out that the floating basket, despite it looks nice on the photos, were just a frail basket with some styrofoam & sticks khổng lồ help it float on water. Truly can't be more disappointed than that. The other bathroom also had draining issue, having water unable lớn drain and gave out a very unpleasant smell for the whole room. Don't be trick by those online photos!…
